#172100 is alive and kicking in Cumming Georgia at 400wheels.com

Good car, needs paint, tires and some detailing. Low miles from what I remember 89k. Has a black top though but it was a good car just not what I was after.

This is one of only 587 5.0 liter 5-speed anniversary convertibles built with manual transmission, a 5.0 liter V8 and a 4 barrel carburetor! That makes it pretty special. This Mustang has been in my personal collection since its purchase in 1984. I'd like to sell this car to someone who will give it the tender loving care it deserves. I just became a grandmother and my attentions have been diverted.

Got my eye on one right now that needs restored. Convertible white get-350 with caburated. Trying to decide if I want to spend 1000 on it. Needs top and fenders replaced, nothing major.

I am guessing that the 5.0 5-speed you bought was not the 20th anniversary edition, original Oxford White exterior and Canyon Red interior and all correct insignias. If it was, you got a great buy.
