This is a view of the Turbo to intercooler pipe,
the pipe is an exhaust elbow and an exhaust straight pipe.
These are off the shelf parts from Pepboys and plumbed right in!

This is a view of the custom radiator and the Intercooler hoses.
The stock radiator is too wide for the intercooler hoses to fit.
This custom radiator was made by a small Radiator shop (Radiatadore
Cora) here in Puerto Rico, it has factory ford tanks on a new 3-row core.
The core also has more fins per inch, but i have yet to count just how many.

Here is a view of the Inlet pipe of the Intercooler.
The Volvo Intercooler uses a 2 1/2 inch inlet which is larger than
the pipe and outlet of the AiResearch/Garret T-03 Turbo's outlet.
I used an exhaust adaptor wich fit perfectly! The rubber hose connectors
in this picture are standard Plumbing connectors found at Builders Square.

This is a view of the outlet of the Intercooler.
I used another standard rubber connector from Builders Square
to "adapt" to the PVC pipe I used for the run to the Throttle Body.
the rubber 45degree elbow is my original Ford rubber connector
that connected the turbo to the Throttle Body. (on non intercooled models)

Here is a view of the Valvecover
I used a Valve Cover from a Merkur XR4ti
I painted it all black and filled in the lettering with
white paint by hand, I was tire of always seeing the usual
black with aluminum features. Another great looking polished
version of this Valve cover can be seen on
Lee Clarey's Evolution 2.3 SVO.
